RCS Commercial Cleaning Services is a family owned business with over 15 years’ experience in the commercial cleaning industry. RCS was founded in 2006 in Frederick, Maryland. We opened our second location in Tampa, FL in 2011. We provide a wide array of commercial cleaning services in facilities ranging from 1,000 square feet up to 100,000 square feet anywhere from one to seven days per week.
Our employees are a loyal and dependable part of the RCS family and we recognize and appreciate their contribution to our success. We are committed to hiring and developing the most conscientious and professional cleaners in the industry. Each applicant is screened, oriented and trained before reporting for work. Our employees are specially trained in the most modern and effective cleaning techniques. Behind our cleaning teams, are hands on owner-operators whose goal is to monitor each team’s performance and success by guiding, training and encouraging them in order to ensure we meet and exceed the expectations of our clients.
